Performance Marketing Manager

We are scaling our digital presence aggressively for our luxury pet brand (Coccopucci) and global export business. Looking for a high\-caliber Performance Marketing expert to own end\-to\-end digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, marketplaces, and emerging platforms. You will drive measurable ROI, understand algorithm mechanics deeply, and help us scale profitably.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, optimize, and scale high\-ROI paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX), and other platforms (Amazon, emerging social/new ad tech).

Deep understanding of algorithms: bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, attribution, and adapting to platform changes (Advantage\+, AI recommendations, etc.).

Manage budgets efficiently, A/B test creatives, analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and deliver strong ROAS.

Work closely with e\-commerce and product teams for campaign alignment (website, funnels, retargeting).

Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and experiment with new platforms/tools.

Report on KPIs and suggest strategy for business growth.

Requirements\-

IIT, NIT, or equivalent top\-tier education/background preferred (strong analytical/problem\-solving skills essential).

2\+ years proven experience running performance marketing campaigns with significant ad spend (₹5L\+ monthly preferred).

Expert\-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Portfolio of successful campaigns required.

Data\-driven mindset with excellent understanding of consumer psychology, funnel optimization, and algorithm behavior.

Experience in e\-commerce/D2C/fashion/pet products/export business is a big plus.

Self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced manufacturing \+ e\-commerce environment.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ludhiana, Punjab (Ludhiana)
