Performance Marketing Manager

• *Department\-** Marketing — Head Office

• *Location\-** Nikol, Ahmedabad

• *Experience Required**\- 4–6 years in performance/digital marketing, real estate portal experience a plus

• *Role Purpose:**

Run digital ad campaigns and generate quality leads across all active projects, and manage online broker/Channel Partner outreach.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

● Plan and run Meta/Google ad campaigns for every active project

● Optimize cost\-per\-lead and monitor daily campaign performance

● Research and reach out to brokers/Channel Partners online

● Guide the Social Media Marketing Executive

● Prepare monthly project\-wise marketing performance reports

• *Required Skills:**

Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager/Google Ads, analytical mindset, real estate portal knowledge (99acres, Housing, MagicBricks) preferred.
