We run high\-velocity paid media programs for developers and channel partners, with a strong bias for **AI\-led automation, creative testing, and measurable funnel outcomes**.
We are hiring a **Performance Marketing Lead** to own end\-to\-end Google Ads and Meta Ads execution for our real estate clients. You will independently plan, deploy, optimise, and report on **live ad accounts** with monthly budgets of up to **₹10 lakh**, with full accountability for **CPL, lead quality, and pipeline contribution**.
This is a hands\-on, KPI\-driven role for someone who has scaled real estate ad accounts using the **latest AI\-powered features** of Meta and Google — and can prove it with numbers.
- *1\. Campaign Strategy \& Execution**
- Build and execute paid media plans for real estate projects across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Structure campaigns by funnel stage (awareness → consideration → lead capture → retargeting)
- Set up tracking: Meta Pixel \+ Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, offline conversion uploads (critical for real estate sales\-cycle attribution)
- *2\. AI\-Led Optimisation**
- Deploy and optimise **Meta Advantage\+ Sales / Lead campaigns, Advantage\+ Audiences, Advantage\+ Creative**
- Run **Google Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Smart Bidding** with structured asset groups and audience signals
- Use AI\-assisted creative generation and dynamic creative optimisation; design hypothesis\-led testing roadmaps
- *3\. Budget \& Performance Ownership**
- Independently manage up to ₹10L/month spend with daily pacing accuracy
- Hit CPL, lead quality (SQL%, connect rate, site\-visit rate), and ROAS targets
- Reallocate budgets across campaigns/projects based on real\-time signal
- *4\. Creative \& Landing Page Collaboration**
- Brief design/video team on ad creatives based on data insights (winning hooks, formats, angles)
- Coordinate with web team on landing pages, lead forms, and CRM hand\-off
- Maintain a creative testing velocity of minimum 4–6 tests/week per active account
- *5\. Reporting \& Communication**
- Daily End Report (DER) on spend, leads, CPL, quality metrics
- Weekly internal review decks with insights, next\-week plan, and risks
- Maintain clean documentation: account naming conventions, change logs, test outcomes
- *6\. Compliance \& Brand Safety**
- Adhere to Meta and Google ad policies (especially Special Ad Categories / Housing where applicable)
- Ensure RERA\-compliant ad copy and creative for real estate listings
- *Must\-Have Qualifications:**
- 4–5 years in performance marketing preferred; **min. 1 year of verifiable real estate paid media track record** acceptable
- Proven case studies of **CPL reduction on live accounts** (share dashboards/screenshots in interview)
- Hands\-on expertise in **Meta Ads Manager** (Advantage\+ suite) and **Google Ads** (PMax, Demand Gen, Search, YouTube)
- Strong command of **GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel \+ CAPI**, offline conversion uploads
- Experience with real estate CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent)
- Create test and deploy workflow and automation on make, N8N, Zapier.
- Demonstrated use of **AI\-based features** for creative, targeting, and bidding — with measurable lift
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable building pacing trackers and cohort analyses
- Excellent written English for ad copy and reports
- Meta Blueprint / Google Ads certifications (current)
- Experience with Looker Studio / Power BI for client dashboards
- Exposure to WhatsApp Business API, IVR, or auto\-dialer integrations for real estate lead handling
- Working knowledge of Hindi for ad copy review (regional market relevance)
- *Success Metrics — First 90 Days**
- **Day 1–15:** Full ownership of assigned **live accounts**. Reduce CPL by **minimum 30%** on at least one active project — without dropping lead quality (connect rate, SQL%).
- **Day 16–30: Hold the reduced CPL stable** within a ±10% band. Lead quality maintained or improved. Daily DER \+ weekly review cadence fully operational.
- **Day 31 onwards**: Targets recalibrated based on Day\-30 review. Continued CPL discipline \+ spend scaling \+ creative testing velocity expected.
- *Non\-negotiable:** No warm\-up period. Live account control from Day 1\. Performance measured on real spend, real CPL — not slideware.
- Direct ownership of high\-budget accounts from first Day
