The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns for an* ***IT software development company****, with a strong focus on generating high\-quality B2B leads.*

• **Key Responsibilities***

• *Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.*
• *Manage performance marketing campaigns for the company's* ***in\-house website*** *to generate qualified IT service leads.*
• *Develop strategies to increase website traffic, lead conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).*
• *Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for IT services.*
• *Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.*
• *Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.*
• *Collaborate with the SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.*
• *Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.*
• *Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.*
• *Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.*
