Performance Marketing Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Paid Advertising \& Performance Marketing

* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Other relevant advertising platforms
• Manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Optimize bidding strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure cost\-effective campaign execution.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.

SEO \& Organic Growth

• Implement and manage On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO audits.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
• Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
• Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance.

Analytics \& Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Organic Traffic.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to clients and management.

Client \& Team Coordination

• Collaborate with designers, content writers, developers, and account managers.
• Participate in client meetings and explain campaign strategies and results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2\+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands\-on experience with:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Search Console
• SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
• Proven experience managing lead generation and e\-commerce campaigns.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
• Strong knowledge of On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹17,767\.24 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
