As part of our expansion and digital growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and performance\-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media initiatives and drive student acquisition through data\-driven marketing campaigns. Position Overview The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels to generate high\-quality leads, maximize admissions, and improve overall marketing ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, expertise in managing large advertising budgets, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through performance marketing. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategy ● Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business and admission objectives. ● Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and enrollment growth through paid media campaigns. ● Identify new growth opportunities, emerging advertising platforms, and audience segments. Campaign Planning \& Management Manage end\-to\-end campaigns across: ● Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ● Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) ● DV360 ● Amazon Ads ● Quora Ads ● Pinterest Ads ● Snapchat Ads ● OTT \& Video Advertising Platforms ● AI\-Powered Advertising Platforms ● Any relevant emerging paid media channels Budget \& ROI Management ● Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum return on investment. ● Monitor campaign performance and allocate budgets based on channel effectiveness. ● Ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend while maintaining lead quality. Lead Generation \& Conversion Optimization ● Generate high\-quality leads that contribute to admissions and revenue growth. ● Continuously optimize landing pages, creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures. ● Improve lead\-to\-admission conversion rates through data\-driven decision\-making. Analytics \& Reporting ● Track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital campaigns. ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management. ● Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements. ● Establish accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting mechanisms. Cross\-Functional Collaboration ● Work closely with the Sales and Admissions teams to evaluate lead quality and conversion performance. ● Coordinate with Content, SEO, Social Media, and Design teams to ensure campaign effectiveness. ● Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Required Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. ● Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Advertising, or Digital Marketing are preferred. ● Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing. ● Demonstrated experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets. ● Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and marketing analytics.
