Job Description
Plan, develop, and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant networks.
Conduct market and audience research to create highly targeted ad campaigns.
Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost\-effective ad spending and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, impressions, etc.
Continuously optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, bidding, and A/B testing for better performance.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing team to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Implement and monitor pixel tracking, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation. Generate monthly and quarterly reports detailing campaign performance and strategic insights.

Pay: ₹30,333\.36 \- ₹60,023\.65 per month
