• *Job Summary**

CodeXorr Solutions is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, drive quality leads, and improve campaign performance across digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.**
• Manage lead generation, keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and budget allocation.
• Handle GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
• Monitor campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and implement data\-driven improvements.

• *Required Skills**

• **Minimum 3 years** of hands\-on experience in performance marketing or PPC.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Practical experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and an ROI\-focused mindset.

• *Candidate Preferences**

• Local candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, and nearby Tricity areas are preferred.
