• *About the Role**

We are looking for a performance marketer who can plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns to generate relevant enquiries, attract customers and improve sales outcomes. You will work closely with the growth and creative teams to improve campaign performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

· Conduct audience research, campaign setup, targeting and budget optimization.

· Set up and validate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and relevant advertising tools.

· Track CPC, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS and other relevant performance metrics.

· Test audiences, ad creatives, messaging, offers and landing pages.

· Monitor the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve lead generation or online sales.

· Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test campaign\-specific assets.

· Prepare regular performance reports, explain results and recommend actionable improvements.

• *What We're Looking For**

· 2–4 years of hands\-on performance marketing experience.

· Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

· Understanding of paid customer acquisition, retargeting and conversion tracking.

· Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed optimization decisions.

· Accountability for campaign execution, tracking accuracy and agreed objectives.

• *Preferred:** Experience with D2C brands, e\-commerce, product launches and online sales campaigns.
