Profile Overview

Achyutam Technology is looking for a skilled and result\-oriented **Performance Marketing Specialist** with at least 1 year of hands\-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign optimization expertise, and a focus on generating quality leads, conversions, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop effective campaign strategies to generate leads, sales, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spending.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, and video content.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1\+ year of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion\-focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting.
• Knowledge of campaign tracking, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
• Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
