Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us over the next several years, contribute ideas, take ownership, and become a core member of our performance marketing team.

• *Your Role**

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You'll work closely with our creative, branding, SEO, content, and development teams to deliver measurable business results for our clients.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving marketing problems, experimenting with new ideas, leveraging AI, and continuously improving campaign performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads**, and other relevant platforms.
• Build **lead generation, eCommerce, awareness, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.**
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
• Conduct **A/B testing** on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Track KPIs including **ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate.**
• Understanding of
• **LTV, CAC, AOV, ROAS, MER, Repeat Purchase Rate, Retention Rate, Churn Rate** and attribution models.
• Generate weekly and monthly **performance reports** with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, content writers, SEO specialists, and developers.
• Research competitors, market trends, and audience behaviour.
• Implement conversion tracking using **Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.**
• Use AI tools and automation to improve campaign management, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities.

• *Required Skills**

• 2\-5 years of hands\-on experience in Paid Media.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with **eCommerce and Lead Generation campaigns.**
• Knowledge of Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
