Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist / Manager Role Overview We are looking for a data\-driven, growth\-focused Performance Marketing Specialist / Manager with at least 1 to 2 years of hands\-on experience managing paid campaigns. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media budget across e\-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and major digital advertising channels (Meta \& Google). The ideal candidate lives in the dashboards, loves analyzing consumer behavior, and knows exactly how to scale revenue while maintaining a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio). Key Responsibilities 1\. Paid Social \& Search Execution Meta Ads: End\-to\-end management of Meta campaigns (Facebook \& Instagram). This includes setting up custom audiences, lookalikes, testing diverse creative formats (Advantage\+ campaigns, reels, static, carousels), and optimizing for conversions. Google Ads: Structure, launch, and manage Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, and YouTube ads to capture high\-intent traffic. 2\. Marketplace \& Quick Commerce (Q\-Comm) Optimization E\-Commerce Platforms: Manage and optimize sponsored ads on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart to drive product visibility and sales. Quick Commerce Platforms: Run high\-impact, fast\-turnaround visibility and keyword campaigns on Q\-comm platforms (such as Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto) to drive immediate, location\-targeted conversions. 3\. Data Analysis \& Reporting Track and optimize critical daily metrics: CTR (Click\-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and overall media spend. Analyze funnel performance from click to checkout, identifying bottlenecks and scaling successful cohorts. Provide regular, transparent data dashboards and performance reports outlining wins, losses, and next steps. 4\. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the design and content teams to brief high\-converting ad creatives, hooks, and copy based on past performance data. Continuously run A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages, and ad angles to lower acquisition costs. Required Skills \& Qualifications Experience: 1–2\+ years of proven experience running performance marketing campaigns. Platform Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager. Hands\-on experience with Amazon Ads / marketplace marketing. Direct experience handling visibility campaigns on quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto). Analytics: Proficient with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Shopify analytics, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
