Sky Education Group is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Performance Marketing Specialist with mandatory hands\-on experience in the EdTech industry.**

The candidate must have proven expertise in running **Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads specifically for the education sector**, with a strong track record of generating high\-quality student leads for UG and PG programs, online education, and university admissions.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage paid advertising campaigns, generate qualified admission leads, optimize advertising budgets, and improve campaign performance to drive measurable business growth.

• *Candidates without prior EdTech/Education industry experience and practical experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads will not be considered.**

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and independently manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for UG and PG education programs.
• Generate high\-quality student leads for online education, distance education, and higher education admissions.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies specifically for the EdTech industry.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce CPL and CPA, and increase admission conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of ad spend.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Set up and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales and admission teams to evaluate lead quality and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• **Mandatory: Previous work experience in the EdTech, Online Education, or Higher Education industry.**
• **Mandatory: Strong practical experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads for education\-related lead generation campaigns.**
• Proven track record of generating student admission leads through paid advertising.
• Experience managing education\-related campaigns for UG, PG, Online, or Distance Learning programs.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve lead quality and conversion performance.
