Milagro Beauty is looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing Executive / Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Manage end\-to\-end Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Drive website traffic, conversions, sales and customer acquisition.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Develop retargeting, remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with the creative and social media teams to develop high\-performing ad creatives.
• Manage and optimise advertising budgets to achieve business goals.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Pixel and other analytics tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling paid ad campaigns.
• Good knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and other performance metrics.
• Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and retargeting.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, or D2C industry will be an added advantage.
