About the Role

We are looking for a results\-oriented **Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing** to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through paid marketing campaigns for our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
• Create high\-converting ad creatives, copies, hooks, and campaign concepts.
• Develop and scale UGC\-style advertising campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to improve ad creation and campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to achieve marketing and business goals.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands\-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of ad copywriting, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with UGC\-style creatives and performance\-focused campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS or subscription\-based businesses.
• Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
