Role Overview
Results\-oriented Performance Marketing \& App Growth specialist with over 5\-7 years of experience spanning CRM automation, app marketing, and paid acquisition channels. The role focuses on driving scalable user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data\-led campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with product, analytics, technology, and creative teams to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives across Email, WhatsApp, and in\-app communication journeys.
Drive end\-to\-end app growth strategy including installs, onboarding, engagement, re\-engagement, and conversion optimization.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max (PMax), Programmatic platforms, and Affiliate networks.
Oversee app attribution and performance measurement using tools
Monitor and optimize key metrics including CAC, CR, ROI, and funnel performance to ensure efficient budget utilization.
Partner cross\-functionally with product, analytics, tech, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with growth objectives.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, and App Growth.
Hands\-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Max, Programmatic buying, and Affiliate marketing.
Strong understanding of app attribution models, conversion funnels, and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
Experience with CRM automation tools and channels including Email and
