About the Role

We're looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketer to manage digital advertising campaigns for our real estate projects. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, improving campaign performance, and working closely with our sales team to convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• *Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.** Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimisation. **Monitor cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.** Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve results. **Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.** Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. **Track leads through the sales funnel and use sales feedback to improve campaign quality.** Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. **Explore relevant AI tools and automation to improve marketing productivity.**

• *Requirements**

Minimum 2 years of hands\-on performance marketing experience in real estate or a relevant field. **Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.** Strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation. **Working knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools for analytics, keyword research, and reporting.** Ability to analyse campaign data and make informed budget and targeting decisions. **Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.** Willingness to work from our Bejai office in Mangalore. 1 Rohan Corporation India Pvt Ltd \| Performance Marketer

Preferred Skills

• *Landing pages: Knowledge of creating, reviewing, and optimising landing pages, including messaging, lead forms, calls to action, and A/B testing.**

Sales funnels: Understanding of the customer journey from ad click and enquiry to lead nurturing, site visit, and sale, with the ability to identify where prospects drop off.

• *Email marketing: Familiarity with email campaigns, audience segmentation, automated follow\-ups, lead nurturing, and performance tracking.**

WhatsApp marketing: Knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools, opt\-in campaigns, broadcast messaging, automated follow\-ups, and CRM integration.

• *CRM tools: Experience managing leads, tracking follow\-ups, monitoring sales stages, and assessing campaign lead quality.**

AI tools: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for research, ad copy, creative ideas, and marketing workflows.

• *Basic vibe coding: General knowledge of using AI\-assisted coding tools to create or improve simple landing pages, forms, and marketing utilities.**

Marketing automation: Familiarity with tools that connect advertising platforms, lead forms, CRM systems, and communication channels.

• *Reporting and research tools: Experience with tools such as Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.**

Experience promoting residential or commercial real estate projects and understanding the Mangalore property market.

• *Proficiency in Kannada or Tulu, alongside English.**
