• *Job Summary :**

SunTec India is hiring a smart, analytical, and performance\-driven PPC Specialist to manage **Google Ads campaigns for B2B IT services** and generate qualified leads from international markets, particularly the USA and UK.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• **Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B IT services and technology solutions.**
• Manage international lead\-generation campaigns targeting the USA, UK, and other global markets.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
• Optimize ad copies, bidding strategies, landing pages, conversion rates, and cost per lead (CPL).
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing and prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to improve lead generation and campaign performance.

• *Required Skills :**

• Minimum 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in PPC and Google Ads campaign management.
• Experience in B2B IT services, IT consulting, software, technology, or digital services.
• Proven exposure to international campaigns, preferably targeting the USA and UK.
• Strong knowledge of search campaigns, bidding strategies, keyword match types, negative keywords, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
• A proactive, smart, and result\-oriented approach to work.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Google Ads certification.
• Experience with B2B lead generation, CRM tools, remarketing, and landing page optimization.
• Ability to focus on qualified leads, cost efficiency, and measurable business results.
