Performance Marketing Specialist

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a data\-driven and creative **Performance Marketing Specialist** to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands\-on campaign management experience, and the ability to drive measurable growth through paid acquisition strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance.
• Manage budgets effectively and allocate spending to achieve optimal ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X\+ years) in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
• Hands\-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, or other attribution platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic campaign decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in B2B / EdTech / Finance / E\-commerce domains (customize as per your sector).
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and remarketing strategies.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
