About the Role

We are urgently looking for a results\-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and drive measurable business growth.

If you have hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance tracking, this is an opportunity to take your digital marketing career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop performance marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking tools.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in lead generation, paid campaigns, and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data\-driven decisions.
• Good communication, problem\-solving, and campaign management skills.
