- **Team Support:** Act as a "second\-in\-command" to follow up with internal teams and external partners on critical project deadlines.
- **Research \& Documentation:** Conduct preliminary market, vendor, or project research and compile concise, structured briefs.
- **System Setup:** Build and maintain clean digital filing systems, shared drives, and tracker tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Excel).
3\. Travel \& Logistics Coordination
- **Itinerary Building:** Handle end\-to\-end travel logistics including flights, accommodation, ground transit, and visas across multiple time zones.
- **Expense Management:** Log and categorize operational expenses, reconcile receipts, track billing hours, and assist with basic digital bookkeeping.
Candidate Requirements
- **Experience:** 3\+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Lead Operations Coordinator.
- **Communication:** Elite verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with both high\-profile clients and ground\-level vendors.
