Roles \& Responsibilities

\- Manage Manager’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments

\- Coordinate with clients, team members, and other departments

\- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes

\- Handle documentation, emails, and official correspondence

\- Assist in site visits and client follow\-ups

\- Maintain files, data, and confidential records

\- Provide admin support for office operations

Skills Required

\- Good communication skills in Hindi \& English

\- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets

\- Organized, proactive, and presentable

\- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION: TELECALLER \- REAL ESTATE

Location: indira nagar, lucknow

Experience: Fresher welcome

Roles \& Responsibilities

\- Make outbound calls to generate leads for properties

\- Explain project details, location, pricing to potential clients

\- Fix site visits and meetings for Sales Manager

\- Maintain daily call reports and follow\-up sheets in CRM/Excel

\- Coordinate with interested clients and update them regularly

\- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

\- Basic computer knowledge for data entry
