Photographer

• *Job Purpose:**

• The Photographer will be responsible for planning, capturing, and editing high\-quality photographs for branding, marketing, corporate communications, events, social media, and internal communications. The role requires strong technical photography skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce visually compelling content that aligns with Hari Krishna Exports' premium brand identity.

• *Duties \& Responsibilities**

• *Photography \& Content Creation:**

• Capture high\-quality photographs for social media, corporate branding, digital marketing campaigns, websites, brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials.
• Conduct professional photoshoots for diamonds, jewellery, products, corporate events, employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, exhibitions, and management communications.
• Capture detailed product photographs that highlight the craftsmanship, brilliance, precision, and quality of Hari Krishna Exports' diamonds and jewellery.
• Plan and execute indoor and outdoor photoshoots by selecting appropriate lighting, camera settings, compositions, and creative angles.
• Create visually engaging photography content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure photographs meet commercial, branding, and marketing requirements.

• *Creative Collaboration**

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
• Support creative campaigns by contributing photography ideas, concepts, and storytelling approaches.
• Coordinate with internal teams during events, shoots, and brand activities to ensure timely delivery of required content.

• *Asset Management:**

• Organize and maintain photo libraries, raw files, edited images, and digital assets for easy access and future use.
• Ensure all photographs follow HK's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
• Perform basic photo editing, colour correction, retouching, and image enhancements when required.

• *Innovation \& Learning:**

• Stay updated with the latest photography trends, equipment, editing techniques, and creative styles.
• Explore new photography concepts and visual storytelling methods to improve audience engagement.
• Be open to contributing to creative assignments related to branding, media, and marketing initiatives.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 0–2 years of experience as a Photographer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in camera handling, photography equipment, and shooting techniques.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photo editing software.
• Experience in product photography, event photography, corporate photography, or jewellery photography will be an added advantage.
• Creative mind\-set with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing photography skills and previous work.

• *Education** \& Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Photography, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Preferred

• 0–2 years of professional experience as a Photographer.
• Experience in Product Photography, Jewellery Photography, Corporate Photography, Event Photography, or Commercial Photography will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of photography fundamentals, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with studio lighting equipment and photography accessories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom or similar photo editing software.
• Basic understanding of image retouching and colour correction.
• Knowledge of camera settings, lenses, exposure, and image optimization.
• Excellent creativity and artistic vision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio showcasing corporate, event, or commercial photography.
