The Media Executive will be responsible for producing high\-quality photo and video content for SHEOWS. This includes day\-to\-day documentation at centres, capturing events, creating awareness materials, and managing the media archive. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and sensitivity while documenting elderly beneficiaries.
\- Capture high\-resolution photographs of daily activities, beneficiaries, events, programs, and field visits.
\- Create impactful visual stories that highlight SHEOWS’ mission and humanitarian work.
\- Maintain and organize an accessible photo library**.**
\- Shoot video footage for campaigns, beneficiary stories, events, and documentary\-style content.
\- Edit videos using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to ensure high\-quality output.
\- Create reels, short videos, and long\-format content for social media and other platforms.
\- Coordinate with Communications, HR, and Management teams to understand content requirements.
\- Assist in scriptwriting, storyboarding, and planning production shoots.
\- Support in designing visual content for social media, campaigns, and internal communication.
\- Organize and maintain a fully updated digital archive of photos and videos.
\- Ensure regular backups of raw and edited media files.
\- Maintain all media equipment and report repair or replacement needs.
\- Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or media executive.
\- Proficiency in professional photo and video editing software.
\- Strong visual storytelling skills and creativity.
\- Ability to operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools.
\- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
\- Sensitivity and respect while working around elderly and vulnerable individuals.
\- Patient, empathetic, and respectful towards beneficiaries.
\- Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to detail.
\- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
\- Flexible to travel between Okhla, Gautampuri, Gurgaon, and field locations.
