We are looking for a highly skilled **PHP Lead** with strong expertise in **PHP, Laravel, React.js**, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should have prior Team Lead experience with hands\-on production support expertise and the ability to work in a fast\-paced, agile environment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Provide hands\-on production support and troubleshoot critical issues in live environments.
• Drive enhancements and contribute to greenfield/new project development.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams in an agile setup to deliver high\-quality solutions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision\-making.

• *Mandatory Skills:**

8\+ years of experience in PHP development.

Strong expertise in **PHP 7\.x / PHP 8\.x**.

Hands\-on experience with **Laravel** framework.

Minimum **3 years of experience in React.js**.

Prior **Team Lead** experience with hands\-on production support and issue fixing.

Strong experience with **MySQL** and **REST APIs**.

Ability to work on enhancements and new projects in an agile environment.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
