Unitechica IT Solutions is a growing technology company specializing in web development, WordPress solutions, and digital innovation. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PHP WordPress Intern to join our team and gain hands\-on experience in real\-world web development projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and customizing WordPress websites.
• Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL to build and improve web applications.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Troubleshoot website issues and perform bug fixes.
• Optimize website performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers and senior developers to implement new features.
• Test websites across different devices and browsers.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of PHP and WordPress development.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git version control.
• Understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and custom post types.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
• Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.
