PHP Yii Developer (5–7 Years) \| Remote (Preference: Mumbai/Pune WFO)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **PHP Yii Developer** with strong expertise in the **Yii Framework (Yii2 preferred)** to develop and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem\-solving skills, a strong understanding of PHP development best practices, and experience working in Agile environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience with **PHP Yii Framework (Yii2 preferred)**
• Strong knowledge of **PHP 7/8**
• Good understanding of **MVC Architecture**
• Experience with **MySQL/PostgreSQL**
• Hands\-on experience with **REST APIs** and JSON
• Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery**
• Experience with **Git**
• Familiarity with **Linux** environment
• Knowledge of **Composer** dependency management

Good to Have

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using **PHP Yii2 Framework**.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Manage source code using Git version control.
