Role Overview
We are looking for a highly communicative and people\-oriented Key Accounts Manager who can manage relationships with both students and hiring partners. The ideal candidate should come from a Placement Coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, or Account Management background and should be comfortable handling escalations, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth account operations.
This role requires someone who is proactive, empathetic, organized, and excellent at problem\-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned student and client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and students
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of placement and hiring activities
- Handle student and client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain account health and ensure high satisfaction levels across stakeholders
- Conduct regular follow\-ups with students regarding interviews, progress, and placement status
- Collaborate with HR and placement teams to streamline hiring and onboarding processes
- Track account metrics, hiring pipelines, and engagement updates
- Ensure clear communication between students, recruiters, and internal teams
- Identify risks proactively and take ownership of issue resolution
Requirements
- 1\+ years of experience in Placement Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Client Success, or Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship\-building abilities
- Experience in handling escalations and difficult conversations professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, or similar platforms is a plus

- 6\-month contractual role
