• *Job Description:**

Ducat India is looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator with experience in placements for IT and technology courses such as Data Science, SAP, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing and other technical domains.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Source and connect with companies to generate placement opportunities for Ducat students.**
• Build and maintain relationships with HRs and recruiters for regular placement drives.
• **Organize and conduct placement drives at the branch premises.**
• Coordinate with students regarding placement opportunities, interviews and selection processes.
• Manage student handling during placement drives and ensure smooth coordination between students and recruiters.
• Follow up with companies and students to track interview outcomes and placement status.

• *Requirements:**

• **1–4 years of experience in placement coordination, preferably in an IT training institute or EdTech organization.**
• **Prior experience in placements for IT/tech courses such as Data Science, SAP, Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing is mandatory.**
• Strong company sourcing, networking and recruiter coordination skills.
• Good communication and student\-handling skills.
