Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Placement Coordinator to connect our Interns with the right employers and opportunities.

• *Job Summary**

As Placement Coordinator, you will manage the end\-to\-end placement process: building relationships with recruiters, organizing campus drives, and preparing students to succeed in interviews. You will be the key link between our candidates and the industry.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR teams, and recruitment agencies
• Identify new hiring partners and secure placement opportunities for Interns
• Organize and coordinate campus drives, walk\-in interviews, and job fairs, Placement Drives
• Shortlist and match candidates to job openings based on their skills and career goals
• Conduct resume\-building workshops, mock interviews, and soft skills sessions
• Maintain accurate placement records, student databases, and company contact details
• Track placement targets and prepare regular reports for management
• Follow up with Interns and employers after placement to collect feedback
• Promote the institution’s placement record through events, social media, and networking

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/MSW/HR specialization preferred)
• 0\-2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or student counselling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets
• Willingness to travel locally for company visits and events

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
• Experience in corporate tie\-ups or campus recruitment
• Basic understanding of the IT, healthcare, or \[relevant] job market
