Placement Executive

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Placement Executive** to support our student placement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, coordinating recruitment drives, maintaining placement records, and ensuring smooth communication between employers and students.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Reach out to companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to identify placement opportunities for students.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and hiring organizations.
• Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and employer interactions.
• Communicate job openings, interview schedules, and placement updates to students.
• Maintain accurate placement records, company databases, MIS reports, and hiring data.
• Identify and onboard new organizations for internships and full\-time recruitment opportunities.
• Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely closure.
• Support the Placement Team in achieving placement targets and strengthening industry engagement.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Placement Support, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with **fluent English**.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
• Proficiency in **Advanced MS Excel** and **MIS reporting**.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records accurately, and work in a fast\-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
