• *About the Role**

Cambridge Infotech is an EdTech training institute. We are looking for a proactive, results\-driven Placement Officer / Manager who will build strong industry connections, run placement drives and make sure our students are job\-ready and placed in relevant roles after course completion.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and build relationships with companies, HR teams and recruitment consultants
• Organise placement drives, walk\-ins, interviews and hiring events
• Maintain a database of hiring partners and job openings
• Shortlist students and match them to suitable openings
• Prepare students through resume building, mock interviews and career counselling
• Coordinate with trainers on aptitude, technical, communication and behavioural sessions
• Collect interview feedback from companies and help students improve
• Track placement records and send regular placement reports
• Follow up with companies for long\-term hiring partnerships
• *Manager level:* lead the placement function, plan placement strategy and guide junior team members

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing is a plus)
• Experience in placements, HR, recruitment or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good corporate network in Bengaluru, especially in IT and training\-related companies
• Comfortable working with targets and timelines
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
