Placement Officer / Senior Placement Executive

About the Role

Route Academy is seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Placement Officer / Senior Placement Executive** to lead our corporate relations and placement activities. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of connecting students with leading companies and building strong industry partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in placing students in the following domains:

• Data Analytics
• Financial Analytics / Business Finance (CBFA)
• AI\-Integrated Logistics \& Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, analytics firms, financial institutions, logistics companies, and corporate organizations.
• Identify and connect with recruiters, HR professionals, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk\-in interviews, virtual hiring events, and placement activities.
• Generate placement opportunities, internships, and live projects for students.
• Schedule and conduct corporate meetings with hiring managers and HR representatives.
• Negotiate and establish placement partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with companies.
• Maintain a database of recruiters, job openings, and placement activities.
• Track student placement progress and ensure successful interview coordination.
• Work closely with the academic team to align student skills with industry requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in Placement, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, or Campus Recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully placing students in **Data Analytics, Finance/Business Analytics, or Logistics \& Supply Chain** roles.
• Strong network of HR professionals, recruiters, and corporate contacts across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Hyderabad, and Pune will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and placement activities.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
