Plant Head - Areospace, Defence, Manufacturing Industry Only.

• *Who we need:**

• *15\+ years in high\-volume precision machining, with 5\+ years in a Plant Head, GM, or leadership role.**

• Background in mass production of precision machined components \- axles, crankshafts, engine parts, transmission components, or equivalent
• Experience in a Tier 1 or large\-scale Tier 2 supplier environment (aerospace or automotive or precision industrial)
• Directly managed 150\+ people across engineering and production \- not just shop floor supervision
• Deep hands\-on knowledge of 3/4/5\-axis CNC machining across aluminium, titanium, stainless, and high\-strength steel
• Strong grounding in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and GD \& (AS9100 knowledge not required \- we will support that learning on the job)

• *What you will own:**

• Full P\&L accountability \- production, cost, quality, delivery
• OEE, productivity, and capacity utilization across all machining cells
• Quality management system, AS9100 certification journey, PPAP/FAI/customer approvals
• Building and leading a high\-performing team across engineering, production, quality, and support
• Primary customer interface on quality, delivery, and technical escalations
• Leadership style we are looking for:
• Hands\-on when it counts \- goes to the floor in a crisis, not to a desk. A systems builder, not a hero\-culture leader. Energetic, stable career history, and hungry to learn aerospace fast.
• **Requirements**:

Bachelor degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering or equivalent

• *Preferred**: exposure to aerospace materials, AS9100/NADCAP, Boeing/Airbus supply chain

requirements, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or above

• *Must be willing to relocate to or be based full\-time in Bangalore**

Pay: ₹3,500,000\.00 \- ₹4,500,000\.00 per year
