Job Title: Plant Head – Two\-Wheeler EV Manufacturing

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Plant Head to oversee the overall operations of our two\-wheeler electric vehicle manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, manpower management, inventory, and ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage overall plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise assembly lines, workforce, and departmental heads.
• Monitor production costs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of finished vehicles.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing regulations.
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and spare parts availability.
• Prepare production reports and present performance updates to management.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering.
• MBA in Operations or Production Management will be an added advantage.

• *Experience:**

• 7\-8 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience in automobile, electric vehicle (EV), or two\-wheeler manufacturing is preferred.
• Previous experience in a plant leadership or senior production management role is desirable.
