Raja Fat \& Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Plant Head for its Egg Powder Manufacturing Unit.
Lead end\-to\-end operations of a highly automated egg powder processing facility, ensuring:
\* Production efficiency
\* Food safety compliance
\* Quality consistency
\* Cost optimization
\* Team leadership
\* Oversee egg processing, pasteurization, spray drying \& packaging operations
\* Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, BRCGS \& ISO 22000
\* Improve plant efficiency, OEE \& productivity
\* Lead production, QA, maintenance \& utility teams
\* Handle audits, hygiene standards \& export compliance
\* Optimize raw material utilization and operational costs
B.Tech / M.Tech – Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Food Engineering
8–15 years experience in food manufacturing
Experience in Egg Powder / Dairy Powder / Spray Drying industry preferred
Strong exposure to automated food processing systems

\* PLC / Automated Systems
\* Food Safety \& Quality Management
