\#\#\# Job Responsibilities

\- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the Hot Mix Plant / WMM Plant.

\- Ensure smooth plant functioning and achieve daily production targets as per project requirements.

\- Supervise plant operators, technicians, mechanics, electricians, and other staff.

\- Monitor the production process, material consumption, fuel usage, and plant efficiency.

\- Ensure the quality of produced material in coordination with the QC/Lab Engineer.

\- Coordinate with the Project Manager and site team to ensure timely material supply for road construction activities.

\- Plan and supervise preventive maintenance and repair of plant machinery.

\- Maintain daily production reports, stock records, fuel consumption records, and equipment maintenance logs.

\- Monitor the availability of raw materials, spare parts, and other essential resources.

\- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and company procedures.

\- Identify operational problems, control unnecessary wastage, and implement corrective measures.

\- Submit regular reports on plant performance, production, and operational expenses to management.

\#\#\# Eligibility \& Requirements

\- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification preferred.

\- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plant operations and management, preferably in road and highway construction.

\- Strong knowledge of Hot Mix Plant / WMM Plant operations, maintenance, and production management.

\- Experience in manpower management, material planning, and plant performance monitoring.

\- Good coordination, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.

\- Willingness to work at project sites as per company requirements.
