We are a leading manufacturer of AAC Blocks and AAC Steel Reinforced Wall Panels, committed to
excellence in sustainable construction materials. We are seeking a high\-calibre Executive Assistant to the
CTO who functions less like a traditional secretary and more like a Strategic Operations Partner.
In this role, you will be the CTO’s eyes and ears on the factory floor, ensuring our plants in West India
operate at peak efficiency with minimal waste.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Operational Oversight \& Process Control
Rejection Management: Monitor and analyze daily production reports to identify causes of high
rejection rates. Implement corrective actions to reduce wastage.
Cycle Time Optimization: Deep dive into "cutting time" issues and other bottleneck processes to
ensure maximum throughput without compromising quality.
2\. Strategic Support to CTO \& Directors
Data Synthesis: Translate complex plant data into concise dashboards for the CTO and Board of
Directors.
Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of new machinery installations, plant upgrades, or R\&D
initiatives for reinforced panels.
Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the CTO’s office and Plant Managers to ensure corporate
directives are executed on the ground.
3\. Field Presence \& Travel
Multi\-Site Monitoring: Frequent travel across our manufacturing facilities in West India (Gujarat,
Maharashtra, etc.).
On\-site Troubleshooting: Be present on the shop floor during critical technical failures or process
transitions.
Candidate Profile: Requirements \& Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering. An MBA in Operations is
a significant plus.
Experience: 7\+ years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Building Materials/chemicals,
Cement, or Pre\-cast industries.
Technical Proficiency: \* Strong understanding of Slurry preparation.
Analytical Mind\-set: You don't just see numbers; you see the "why" behind the downtime and
rejections.
Leadership \& Influence: \* Command Presence: Ability to walk into a plant and command respect
from both laborers and plant managers.
Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to navigate friction between production targets and quality
control standards.
Change Management: Experience in leading teams through process changes or the adoption of new
manufacturing technologies.
