Job Description

RFP Requirement:\-

· Minimum 7 years of hand\-on experience in O\&M of electromechanical facilities, District Cooling Plants, Chiller Plants, Industrial plants and should be able to lead the planning and execution of all O\&M activities.

· Provide frequent communication with the client including status and schedule updates.

· Ensuring that all daily operations of the plant run smoothly and effectively.

· Work with the client and development team to implement innovative O\&M processes that improves plant efficiency.

· Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Additional knowledge/skills required by Plant Manager.

· HVAC Experience (Must have)

· Chiller Experience

· Chiller and Cooling Tower efficiency calculation knowledge

· HT \& LT Panel knowledge

· Manpower Handling

· Break Down maintenance and schedule preparation

· Vendor Management

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
