Plant Manager - Stone Crusher

• *Position:** Stone Crusher Plant Manager
• *Experience:** Minimum 4 years in the stone crushing, mining, aggregates industry
• *Location:** As per project requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day crusher plant operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure optimum plant performance, equipment utilization, and product quality.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Lead and manage supervisors, operators, mechanics, and unskilled manpower.
• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Monitor safety, statutory compliance, and operational discipline.
• Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of stone crushing plants and equipment.
• Production planning and operational management.
• Leadership and people management.
• Stakeholder and liaison management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **Email (Outlook/Gmail)**.
• Problem\-solving, decision\-making, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
