You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, realize the full value of our solutions, and maintain long\-term success with EcliptOS.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs), guiding their efforts to deliver exceptional technical solutions and support to clients. Additionally, you will oversee client relationships, working closely with cross\-functional teams—including engineering, data science, and support—to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive continuous improvement. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience

5\+ years working with enterprise clients and driving measurables outcomes, preferably in a data engineering or analytics environment

Expertise with software development/deployment, preferably Python

Strong understanding of data engineering, data science and GenAI concepts

Experience with deployment and infrastructure management, preferably in environments using Docker and Kubernetes

Excellent problem\-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex data engineering challenges

Proactive, client\-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
