• *Position Responsibilities**

### **Position Overview**

Deltek is looking for a Platform Product Management Specialist to support the growth and evolution of Deltek ComputerEase, our industry\-leading construction accounting and project management platform. This role is ideal for a technically fluent professional ready to step into product ownership and grow their product management career within a collaborative, global team.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Own and manage a defined area of the ComputerEase platform, serving as the subject matter expert for its capabilities, integrations, and technical dependencies
• Translate technical requirements into clear, well\-structured user stories, interface specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Partner with engineering leads, architecture teams, and third\-party vendors to support platform integration design and delivery
• Document and maintain API specifications, data flows, and integration workflows across the platform
• Collaborate with workflow product managers to ensure platform capabilities align with broader product roadmap priorities
• Triage and prioritize platform issues, working cross\-functionally with QA and engineering to drive resolution
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of third\-party integrations and offshore development partners

• *Qualifications**

### **Required Qualifications**

• 3–7 years of experience in a technical role such as business systems analyst, solutions consultant, technical analyst, implementation consultant, software engineer, or QA lead
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols
• Comfortable reading and interpreting technical designs, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications
• Proven ability to write clear requirements documentation, user stories, and interface specs
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non\-technical audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

### **Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working with ERP, construction, or accounting software platforms
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting or analysis
• Exposure to agile or scrum delivery methodologies
• Prior experience working with or coordinating offshore development teams
• Demonstrated curiosity about product management and a desire to grow into a PM role
