• *JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Support team deliverables by leveraging subject matter expertise to ensure successful outcomes within the team and with partner teams.
• Assist in driving team objectives, tracking milestones, and supporting the achievement of key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage dependencies, identify risks, and support operational goals.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment within their team and the wider organization.
• Identify process improvements by performing root cause analysis and partner with stakeholders to highlight and address the risks to implement solutions
• Provide ongoing coaching and day to day support to a small team to drive performance and development
• Active engagement / contribution to onsite support and employee engagement initiatives in the Operations projects.

• *BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

• 5\+ Experience with retail consumer banking products (i.e., credit cards) bank including knowledge of quality assurance processes
• Working knowledge of Fraud Operations, Fraud Detection, Investigations, Transaction Disputes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ability to recognize gaps in processes and escalate to necessary stakeholders
• 2\+ years’ work experience managing a team
• Ability to demonstrate the understanding of risk management, compliance, and customer experience
• Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams, stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders
• Self\-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple projects concurrently
• Proven ability to apply strategic thinking to complex organizational and business issues
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.

• *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
• Experience in a customer experience ,fraud operations, disputes, or data analytics role at a financial institution
• 2\+ years’ experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to a small team.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to act with urgency and escalate issues as and when necessary.
• Ability to liaise with different teams and stakeholders with confidence to assist with investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand complex problems and identify potential solutions.
• Able to adapt to change positively and quickly.
