About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **PTC Windchill Solution Architect / Techno\-Functional Lead** to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise\-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PTC Windchill implementations, strong techno\-functional expertise, and the ability to drive business transformation through innovative PLM solutions.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product data management teams, and IT leadership to deliver end\-to\-end Product \& Services Master Data solutions in a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of PTC Windchill SaaS solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable PLM solutions.
• Drive end\-to\-end Windchill implementation projects, including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize product development and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, R\&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Develop and review technical solution designs and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and workflow implementation activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Windchill best practices, customization, and integrations.
• Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment between business and IT objectives.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve technical challenges during implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10\+ years of experience implementing PTC Windchill PLM solutions in a techno\-functional capacity.
• 10\+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Windchill solutions.
• 5\+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Strong expertise with:
• Windchill PDMLink
• ProjectLink
• PartsLink
• MPMLink
• Options \& Variants
• SUMA Modules
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Windchill Solution Architect leading full\-scope implementations.
• Experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems.
• Strong experience with ESI Integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ThingWorx Navigate integration and custom Mashup development.
• Exposure to Oracle Agile PLM and SAP HANA environments.
• SaaS/Cloud PLM implementation experience.
• Windchill certifications.
• Vendor Management and IT Program Management experience.
