Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target\-oriented Plot Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial plots, generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert potential buyers into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial plots.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
• Identify potential buyers and understand their requirements.
• Explain plot details, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
• Follow up with interested buyers and negotiate deals.
• Coordinate with the documentation and legal teams.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Build relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
