• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Design Engineer with 5–12 years of experience to handle plumbing design and drawing preparation for residential construction projects. The role involves designing water supply, drainage, sewage, and rainwater systems, preparing layouts and technical drawings, carrying out design calculations, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and providing technical support during site execution to ensure smooth project implementation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Prepare plumbing layouts, detailed drawings, riser diagrams, and schematic drawings.

· Design water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting, and other plumbing systems.

· Perform calculations for pipe sizing, water demand, water storage, pumps, and drainage requirements.

· Coordinate with Architects, Structural, MEP, and Project teams to ensure design integration.

· Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.

· Review drawings for technical accuracy, design standards, and site feasibility.

· Coordinate with site teams and consultants to resolve design\-related issues.

· Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to ensure execution as per approved drawings.

· Incorporate design changes and maintain updated drawings and technical documentation.

• *Qualification \& Experience**

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Plumbing / MEP\-related discipline.

· 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in plumbing design, preferably in residential real estate or construction projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant MEP / Plumbing design software.

· Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, design standards, and execution practices.

· Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: From ₹35,000\.00 per month
