We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **PMC Manager** to lead and oversee project management consulting activities across multiple projects. The PMC Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills, with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure project management.
- Lead and manage Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for assigned projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Review and approve project deliverables, reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Resolve project issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Mentor and guide project engineers, coordinators, and support staff.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Btech(Civil) / Mtech(Structural) will be an added advantage
- 8\+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a PMC leadership role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
