This work-from-home position demands more than basic editing skills; we need a professional who understands the nuances of long-form podcast production, including clean cuts and pacing, and can adeptly repurpose episodes into high-retention Shorts and Reels with strategic hooks and storytelling. Your primary tasks will be editing full podcast episodes for YouTube, extracting and editing Shorts/Reels from longer content, and identifying potentially viral segments within conversations. Requirements include full-time availability, a capable personal computer, mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, fast execution, reliable high-speed internet, and proven experience with podcast or talking-head content supported by a strong portfolio.
