• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and result\-oriented **Political Campaign Manager** who can plan, execute, and manage political campaigns across digital and ground\-level platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of political communication, campaign strategy, social media, content planning, and audience engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute end\-to\-end political campaign strategies.
• Plan campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and execution plans.
• Manage digital campaigns across social media platforms.
• Coordinate with content, video, design, social media, and ground teams.
• Develop impactful political narratives, campaign themes, and communication strategies.
• Monitor political trends, public sentiment, competitors, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate rallies, events, public outreach activities, and campaign initiatives.
• Track campaign KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Ensure timely execution of campaign activities and deliverables.
• Manage multiple campaigns and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strategies to increase public engagement, reach, and campaign visibility.
• Handle campaign crises and adapt strategies based on changing political scenarios.

Requirements

• **3–7 years of experience** in political campaign management, political consulting, election campaigns, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indian politics and political communication.
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision\-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital campaign management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required for campaign activities.
• Experience handling political camapaigns , leaders, or election campaigns will be an advantage.
