- *Political Social Media Content Developer**
We are looking for a dynamic and politically aware Social Media Content Developer to create impactful digital content and manage online political communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current affairs, public policy, and electoral politics, along with the ability to simplify complex issues into engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Develop engaging social media posts, captions, threads, and campaign content for social media platforms.
- Write scripts for reels, short videos, and digital campaigns that effectively communicate political messages.
- Simplify public policies, government schemes, and current affairs into audience\-friendly content.
- Ensure content aligns with the organization's political narrative, objectives, and communication strategy.
- Monitor audience engagement, online conversations, and public sentiment across social media platforms.
- Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Support rapid\-response communication during breaking news, political developments, or reputation management situations.
- Identify and counter misinformation or negative narratives through fact\-based communication.
- *Trend \& Performance Analysis**
- Track social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, and audience growth.
- Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite and other social media dashboards to optimize content performance.
- Monitor political trends, public opinion, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and creative quality content.
- Creating visual content using tools such as Canva and CapCut \& other designing tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of local, state, and national political landscapes.
- Awareness of government schemes, public policies, electoral processes, and current affairs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to adapt messaging for different demographics and audiences.
- *Technical \& Creative Skills**
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation platforms.
- Understanding of digital storytelling and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
- Flexible and available during elections, major political events.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
- 1–3\+ years of experience in political communication, public affairs, media or digital campaign management.
- Experience working with political organizations, public representatives, advocacy groups, or election campaigns will be an added advantage.
